Recently installed sympatico security software suite and new modem router (Gateway) Since then have been unable to access my aol mail account or other secure web sites. Happens on both networked computers. Many calls to tech support at Sympatico yielded no solution.
Do I disable the security software? have tried several things myself but no luck. Have also found difficulty acessing many forums and google searches. Hope you can offer some suggestion. many thanks
